Three things I'm grateful for today:
1. My calves hurting, BIG TIME, from yesterday's workout
2. Finding out next Friday we are closing the office for the afternoon to have an office function
3. Scheduling 'play time' to go watch the Canucks at The Best Damn Sports Bar

Best thing that happened today:
The receptionist at work noticed that I've been eating clean more lately

Biggest challenge today:
Getting out of bed

My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow:
Keep my alarm set, as per normal ... but only doing cardio tomorrow

I'm proud of myself today for:
Living the life I want to live

Three things I'm grateful for today:Lucy who makes my nails and toes beautiful, Wanda who keeps my house clean, Beautiful Fall Weather...not too warm, not too cold... just right!

Best thing that happened today: connected with a neat gal while getting nails done

Biggest challenge today didn't eat every 3 hrs.
