Three things I'm grateful for today: 1. Calves hurting much less 2. Friday 3. Back & chest hurts from workout (always a good hurt!)
Best thing that happened today: Thus far (it's only 8:30 am): payday!
Biggest challenge today: Not using my credit cards (need them to pay for my Jamaica 2012 trip!)
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: Possibly cut or scratch the magnetic stripe so they can't be used ... but I can't get rid of them - need them to book Jamaica 2012! 
I'm proud of myself today for: Working out Making more than minimum credit card payments Focus on money management

Three things I'm grateful for today: 1. Friends who care enough to gently correct me when I make a mistake...thanks Rhonda 2. Friends who care enough to make plans to spend more time with me...thanks Nancy 3. I held it together with bad news

Biggest challenge today:staying focused on what I know is best for myself, therefore best for others
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: continue self-validation that my intentions are in the highest good of all.
I'm proud of myself today for: remaining self-honoring and not owning someone else's false perception of a situation

Three things I'm grateful for today: 1.March 25th through 27th in Las Vegas with Lisa 2.Weekend off and I'm not on staffing call 3. I am learning how vegan goes so well with my heart
Best thing that happened today: Sherman my senior hound got selected for the 2011 Basset Buddies Calendar
Biggest challenge today: Not being able to exercise, even walk because of injured knee
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: Will start weight lifting tomoroow. Ice and rest to knee.
I'm proud of myself today for:Ate vegan all day!!

Three things I'm grateful for today: 1. beautiful drive in the countryside 2.gorgeous sunset 3. yoga class!
Best thing that happened today:My mom bought me 2 pair of leggings that are quite unique and look great with my new boots! Dressing is fun now!!
Biggest challenge today:feeling overwhelmed at the health food store
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow:not going back! just kidding....took a deep breath and reminded myself that the continued refinement is a natural process...no need to hurry or worry.
I'm proud of myself today for: going to the healthfood store. allowing myself to feel good about how far I've come.

Best thing that happened today: Buying myself a red wool coat -- never had a red coat before!
Biggest challenge today: Waking up depressed and pushing past it.
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: Just keep pressing forward.

Three things I'm grateful for today: 1) energy 2) determination 3) health Best thing that happened today: I volunteered to pass out packets for the 15th running of the Indianapolis marathon. Biggest challenge today: making a clean dinner My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: eat leftovers from tonight I'm proud of myself today for: taking the time to prepare a nice clean dinner that was worth the effort.

Best thing that happened today: I conquered my hesitation with the Bow Flex
Biggest challenge today: Pushing myself to work with weights
My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: Making a schedule, outlining the specific movements for proper form and reading the Bow Flex book
I'm proud of myself today for: Eating Clean and remaining committed to my new lifestyle
