Crap...I can't believe I forgot to prepost this last night...see what a late night yoga will do for a person...I was waaaaaaaay relaxed! giggles! Sorry about that early posters :
TODAY:
Three things I'm THANKFUL for today: 1. Goji Berries...they ROCK in oatmeal 2. Sun on my shoulders as I ran this morning 3. A quiet morning alone
Best thing that happened today: I got a yoga mat (the one's at the gym smelled), and a cute little bag to put it in...oh you know this is your next challenge Y/oga/BBNer's! giggles
Biggest Challenge that happened today: staying calm with the list that is building of things to get done...one thing at a time...
What can I do differently to sidestep or overcome it tomorrow: Remember I and my program are priority...none of it will get done if I don't take care of myself FIRST!

Three things I'm grateful for today: 1)coffee 2)strength 3) determination Best thing that happened today: I was too busy to think about food at work Biggest challenge today: colder weather is making me crave warm comfort food My plan to sidestep and overcome it tomorrow: prepare some clean warm comfort food for dinner I'm proud of myself today for: Making it to the gym and getting my strength training done.
