Crap...I can't believe I forgot to prepost this last night...see what a late night yoga will do for a person...I was waaaaaaaay relaxed! giggles! Sorry about that early posters :


TODAY:

Three things I'm THANKFUL for today:
1. Goji Berries...they ROCK in oatmeal
2. Sun on my shoulders as I ran this morning
3. A quiet morning alone

Best thing that happened today: I got a yoga mat (the one's at the gym smelled), and a cute little bag to put it in...oh you know this is your next challenge Y/oga/BBNer's! giggles

Biggest Challenge that happened today: staying calm with the list that is building of things to get done...one thing at a time...

What can I do differently to sidestep or overcome it tomorrow: Remember I and my program are priority...none of it will get done if I don't take care of myself FIRST!

Biggest challenge today: colder weather is making me crave warm comfort food
