Three things I'm THANKFUL for today: 1. Yoga class tonight 2. energy 3. inner-gee!
Best thing that happened today: Oh no doubt...being poolside with my avocado mask! Home SPAhhhhhh at it's finest!
Biggest Challenge that happened today: It's a "rest day" from resistance training and I'm having a hard time NOT going to the gym to play-out (who woulda thunk?!)
What can I do differently to sidestep or overcome it tomorrow: Today, I'm doing extra cardio and a yoga class and telling myself I AM on program...just not lifting weights.
I'm proud of myself today for: TBD

Best thing that happened today: My son got a job with Apple - he's very excited

What can I do differently to sidestep or overcome it tomorrow:
I'm proud of myself today for: getting up early to do yoga - it set my intention for the entire day - I also ran 5km and worked out on the Bow Flex
