Have restarted


I posted a few days ago but am just getting used to this website. So today, being Monday, I have restarted my 100 day program. Have recorded my food for the day, did day 1 questions that were outlined as well as writing down10 reasons why I want to lose weight and have recorded this on my journal here at the site.
Goal is to lose 1.5 pounds a week - of course would like more but even just that amount will get me going in the right direction..

Looking forward to others to talk to while on this journey

I find it really helpful to have a quick read though my "reasons" list every single day, I often think of new reasons too depending on what is happening around me! You can do it xx
