I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, keep my focus in the direction that I would like to move, marvel at all of the local rain and the temperature drop to the 40s , do what is reasonable within the flow of this day, take Gary out on a date.

It is cold and rainy here too, although I tend to enjoy days like this. Spending the day with my daughter doing various things. I will keep it clean and I will be sure and take time to step on my yoga mat which I have not done for several days now. It is going to be an amazing day!

Today I got the better news of the two on my car...still expensive but that is ok. I will budget that in ... I have done well on water now to finish the day strong with food.
