Since April 2018, I decided to leave all junk food and snacking and replace it with Healthy eating, research on overeating, and exercising. I am so grateful that I have reduce 60 POUNDS. I will continue this journey. It has not been easy at all. I plateau sometime, I just ignore it and continue eating right and taking my vitamins. When I don't want to exercise, I trick myself into listening to some good music and dancing for at least 1 hour , with my earphone on . before I know it I have dance a great hour. Most of all I stay away from any food with HIGH FRUTOSE OR FRUTOSE, CORN SYRUP, DEXTROSE. CAUTION ON THOSE MAN MADE CHEMICAL IN FOOD. nO PROCESS FOOD AT ALL. and it works. love my water. :
