Hello Sunshine! What is so good- and good for you- about just this one day?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what! Today is all about BFF girl Di's BirthMONTH; we do birthdays big with our chosen family, and there are many loving and joyous celebrations. Today is the home cooked feast and fun evening at home, and I will sneak little tasks into the cracks of my chef time. Di and I will also get away for pretty pedis. I will focus on the present and taking in and holding in this festive day!

I will continue to make good choices today. I will get in my exercise, water and watch what goes into my mouth.

Sounds great Jeanne! I will be putting up Christmas decorations and enjoy looking out at the dusting of snow on the ground. It is going to be a great day!
