ODAT is One Day At a Time. Post your intentions and whatever is on your mind for just that day. Baby steps will get you to your destination of maintaining wellness as your norm!

CDOP is Consecutive Days On Plan, and is just a fun way to track how many days in a row you have stuck with your plan. You choose what a day on plan is, and whether or not that happened on any given day.
