I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, accentuate the positive, keep my focus on the task at hand, check in with Dr. Tim, enjoy my random time before rehearsal.

Today has started with 40 minutes of exercise. I will continue the rest of the day making good healthy choices.

We have probably 6 inches of snow and as we speak there are huge snowflakes coming down, it is absolutely beautiful. Today I will enjoy the snow, build a fire and put up Christmas decorations. It is going to be a great day!
