Very interesting. I tend to be more on the transparent and expressive side emotionally, but I have been known to occasionally pull an Oscarworthy performance of masking some of the deep things that pop up.

Ouch. This one stings a little. I have discovered that I am very good at numbing. Like...really, really good at it. I will say though, I do not use food to numb. But, yeah, this hits home.

Don't usually use food and put on a mask when needed and when in my safe place I cry, vent, write, and repeat
