I'm ok with myself in this area.

A sweet story; I had very undemonstrative parents as well, although I came into the world very affectionate and wearing my emotions on my sleeve. In fact, I actually had to learn to scale back a bit socially so as not to take up all the space in the room. I learned to surround myself with people who were like-minded to me; and now I have this really cool balance of all types and temperaments of people surrounding me. What they have in common is that they clearly express love in their own way, and by their presence encourage me to be my best self.

I am real, and not embarrassed or ashamed if I cry or show emotions.
