I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, practice trust, keep my focus, participate in Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality.

My back is feeling better, I will continue to nurse it as I go through my day. I will do restorative yoga, get acupuncture and eat as close to the earth as possible. It is going to be a great day!
