This one is not really an issue for me. I do acknowledge memories that pop up, though: if they're wonderful, I feel happy; if they're painful, I feel gratitude that I have made progress and am surrounded by so many Loves; if it's a loss memory, I express not the sadness of the ending, but the the joy that it happened. Food is not involved in this process.

Luckily this is not an issue for me.
