Warm greetings to Precious Ones! How are you managing your stretch of the wellness road, just for today?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, sing in choir at church for today's lessons and carols- including the duet from Vivaldi's Gloria with Carol, have chofam Erica and her fam over for our annual cookie baking extravaganza, enjoy being in the moment, knowing that things always manage to get done when I get out of the way and keep my priorities in order.
