It scared me to death when I arrived at goal weight AGAIN, in May of 2010. I'd had a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, with weights ranging from about 115-200+ (I actually stopped weighing myself when I knew I had passed 200 and could only fit into plus-sized clothing.)

But this time was different. I had chosen a plan for life that would not change when I arrived at goal weight. I switched my focus from weight loss and the number on the scale to a wellness lifestyle, and continued to monitor the wellness checkpoints of quality and quantity of food, hydration, rest and down time, exercise. I have been in Maintenance ever since that arrival at goal weight on May 22, 2010.

If I can do this, believe me, ANYONE can!
