I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, soak up some of the goodness at my church, remain peacefully mindful and not let busyness take over, rehearse with the Mobile Music Ministry gang this afternoon, decorate.

in the car now, heading home from a great weekend in chicago. i will make the best food choices possible and when we get home i will step on my yoga mat and meditate. it is going to be a great day!
