Going for 31 Greens.... 1st one down. For me, my boundaries around a green include eating very little refined sugar, being aware of what I am eating, stick to a time plan around my eating. I am a grazer so my big goal in 2019 is to really be aware of what is happening around my eating times. I try to eat for 15 minutes to 1/2 between 7 and 7:30 (later if I get up later) noon and 12:30 and 5 and 5:30.once I start eating I must eat my meal and then stop til I need a snack because I am hungry or its meal time again. It seems to work for me. If I do this, and I eat reasonably: Taking a green Oh, and I gave u pop of all kinds --diet and regular. So if I have a pop its a straight up RED. Happy New Year!!!
