As people-oriented as I am, I have fallen into these patterns in the past. Now I make a conscious effort to live in a healthy wellness balance, and I guard my boundaries. I like the idea that we cannot fix people but we can love them.

I have definitely lost myself as a result of taking care of others. Working hard on changing that now.
