CDOP 1. I do best by making my commitment first thing in the morning, knowing i have to go back in and change it if i don't keep my green dot really helps me.

You can post at the beginning of the day, by faith that you will stay on plan or at the end of the day - you choose. I always delete the day if I don't stay on plan but I prefer to stay the course and add up those days on plan, one after the other.
Let's do this in March!

I have decided to take away my dot for the day; nothing too crazy, but just took it too wide today. No regrets, as I actually love my home routine and look forward to returning to it once I'm back home. Tomorrow is baking day, and I am planning to be moderate with the samples. Meanwhile, I am a chef in training and really enjoying it!
