If I were to weigh 107 to 135lbs I'd be a skeleton. I was happy at 145 that is my current goal weight. Lots to go, but it's my goal.

Alicia thanks for sharing, I also don't seem me at 5ft 5"(65"
{114 to 144 lbs} - (278 down thanks to this program 265.)

My body is comfortable at 163lbs so that is my over all goal, but I learned from this program that I was trying to go for "LONG TIME GOALS"... But then I learned from this site and MANY Wonderful people on here to do a short Term goal, so my short term goal is 278 to 250 that is more realistic then putting so much stress on my mind. (278 to 163lb). I am more confident that I can reach the 250lb goal knowing I am now only ( 15lb ) away. I feel so much more enthusiastic of reading my goal and not stressing about the overall goal. This has all happens since March 22nd when I started. So Life the 2nd time around I am not stressing any more..

I learned to Listen, To accept advice and to take it with love, I learned that its OK to slip but if you do get back on it the next day or so. I learned I can be happy everyday and with smiles and great people here they are all here fore everyone of us. I even got crazy for a few days and deleted everything I just went bonkers because I have Alzheimer and its hard! But they Rescued me and asked me to come back wrote a lovely community page for me asking me to return. So I did and they treated me with respect and that is what I needed the most. At 56yrs old, I live a lonely unloved life but here I have all the friends a person can need during my "OO" Days! If you need encouragement go to the community and place a NEW POSTING, Ask for HELP! That is what I keep doing. They love us here and I feel comfortable to express my inner thoughts with out being judged or told to go away like some sites I have been on because of my "Spelling and Grammar". (lack of it). They accept me just the way I am!

Goals are good. Small goals are better. Realistic goals are best. I was recently a little discouraged that I am averaging only about 1 pound lost per week. In my mind I knew this was healthy but felt it was slow. Turns out that slow weight lost is the healthiest as it doesn't mess with your hormones in the long run. Slow weight loss=long run maintenance. As I would rather remain healthy I will continue on this slow journey that should become a lifetime of health! So glad to be on this journey with you all!

Great Angela! It takes many like me to even want to admit that. I'm still working on it. So much researching. Seems like their would be one cure, but to makes a society have MONEY they must have everyone learn something different it's why we do have a society. Scientists V the PEOPLE V the Government!

I had planned today to go on a 10mile walk, once again my plans get altered! out of my control. So to make up for it, I moved all my stuff out of my room, then I vacuumed the floor, to then steam-cleaned it and let it dry. during that time, I gathered all my cooking items and made my meals for the week and put them in canister (mason jars). I do this every week.

The oldest cook book in the world and the smallest town. (HUM) Hum, Croatia I spent all last week researching one of the first meals . (Italian: Colmo; German: Cholm) is a town in the central part of Istria, northwest Croatia, I am also going to make their bread that is 2000 years old. (flower and salt). All do that on Monday!

The study found that people with higher levels of plaque--excess fat, cholesterol, and other substances that accumulate in arteries and hamper blood flow--in their carotid arteries were 21 percent more likely to show signs of mild cognitive impairment, including memory loss, than those with less gunk. People with the most body fat, more than 35% fat for men and 38% fat for women, were the most likely to die within a few years, regardless of weight and BMI.

My BMI 43.1 and since I started it has dropped to 42.6 that does not seem like a lot but it a a huge change but I am Double my size, I should be a 24 but I am a 42.6.

least weight #177 Bangladesh ; 109.33 lb

You can eat well and eat healthy in Bangladesh, and you owe it to yourself to try a little bit of everything. Boiled rice is the staple diet of the Bangladeshi's and is served with a variety of vegetables in addition to curry, thick lentil soups, fish and meat preparations of beef, mutton and chicken.

Its all in black and white: the heaviest on earth and the least heaviest: what they eat!

BMI tables are generalities that don't differentiate between scale weight (water you lose when you initially diet) and fat weight (which most dieters really want to get rid of). It *is* a convenient way for you to get an idea of how much weight you want to lose. Myself, my BMI is 166 lbs and current weight is 196 lbs. At 30 pounds, it doesn't matter what my *exact* weight should be, I need to lose weight!

Once you approach your BMI, you can start thinking about measuring your Body Fat Percentage. You can find it on the internet, or ask your doctor, dietitian, or nutritionist. Of course, if you look better and fit into smaller waistlines, well, that may be all you need to know! (Okay, go get your physical lab results just in case!)
