Angela, you have been so steady in staying on plan every day. I will join you this month for 31 consecutive days on plan!

And if ever an off day happens for anyone, don't leave, stay with it, jump back in with a new day 1, and acknowledge how many days you ARE on plan!

Thanks Jeanne, I have never been so determined to succeed! The wonderful weather has helped so much. I'm averaging 5 to 6 long walks per week and it's made easier by watching spring come into bloom!

CDOP 5 - first time posting CDOP I am aiming for 100 days on program, however I don't have any exercise planned in my program. Does the CPOD just count days on program in May or total consecutive days on program?

Count it any way you want! Most of us do a restart at the beginning of the month, some will carry on counting their days from the previous month. I usually don't make it that long so I don't have to worry about it. LOL

I was already hanging on by a thread on Saturday when I was with biofam, and I gave myself benefit of the doubt, but yesterday just did not make the grade.

For some reason I spent the day grazing and ended the day out for pizza and wine. Delicious but not a green dot day for sure.

Yesterday I let my guard down and had a few moderate samples of treats while we were out and about with Bob, then as the day wore on, the green dot got paler and paler, the samples continued, and the day ended up with a giant bowl of ice cream. But looking at the positive, we had a lot of green dots up to this point. Thankfully, I actually prefer being on plan!

Yeah, I'm pretty proud of myself for staying green all through my days of vertigo. I guess it is truly a lifestyle when the red dots become the exception and not the rule.

Wow, it is mind boggling a few of us had difficulty in keeping it green at the weekend! Hugs to all!

CDOP 8 I made the one week mark. Feeling proud of myself for staying on program today. Even though it is a Memorial Day, it is cold and nasty out. Forced to stay inside. Made the most out of it by cleaning my closet.

Another day 1 but it could not be helped. Part of my green dot requirement for the month is to get at least 7 hours of sleep or rest. We got home from our trip late last night, got to bed after midnight, and then had to get up early to prepare for the early start time for bathroom demo crew.

But the food was on track yesterday, and will continue to be so!
