G'Day, Dearest! What's goin' on in your neck of the wellness woods today?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, plan and prep, practice, go to Bikram yoga, have some cozy time at home. Temps currently in the upper 30s, and this is Texas, for crying out loud!

Yeah, we are at 18 and it should be in the 60's here. I'm over the cold! Today I am frantically getting ready for our house to be appraised on Tuesday. And Monday I already have a full day of places I have to be. Yikes, I thought we were going to have two weeks...we do not. lol It is going to be a great day!

MinneSNOWda is living up to it's name. The weather is horrible, another winter storm moving in tomorrow.
