I know I'm a little late!

I have tried this, and it works. I've had really stressful moments at work and I will stop everything, close my door and do the breathing exercises with my fitbit and boy does it drop my heart rate!

I am a big believer in this. I also never remember to do it. LOL But when I do, it is great!
