Time Out (Alex)

Jumping rope is one of the best forms of cardio out there. Jumping for ten to fifteen minutes burns approximately 200 calories! It's a great way to get in a workout when you're strapped for time.

Ok, this sounds great and all, however I don't know if I can jump rope for 10 minutes straight!!!!

As a kid, yes, now, not so much!

I would think that jumping rope would be hard on the ankles, knees and shins. I know I could never jump rope at my age.

As a kid I was queen of jumping rope, now I pee. LOL
