I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, dash off to Arts Vision Camp as a volunteer, participate in Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality, do what I can in the cracks of time, stay in the moment.

Heading to Chicago today. I will do the best I can with food (I'm confident I can do really well), I will take my water with me and I will at least do some stretches in the hotel room. It is going to be a great day!
