Happy Friday, Determined Ones! How might your wise wellness choices just for today lay the groundwork for what is to come?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, go to line dancing with the mama-in-law  , hang out at her house until she is ready to rest a bit, then head back to the big D to enjoy my home and those within.

Seems as if I will be spending my day cleaning up after a sick puppy girl, at least that's what I have done most of the day so far... I went for a walk and will keep it clean. It is going to be a great day!
