Happy weekend, Wellness Warriors! How will your choices of this one day weave into the fabric of your wellness?
So great to be home, and so thankful for safe travels! I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what; today that means having clean food packed for the day, as today is show day for ArtsVision: final rehearsals starting at 10, and shows at 1:30 and 4:30; after that, settle back in on the home front and go with the flow.

It does always feel great to get back home. I have already been for my walk and have a list of things I want to get done today. I will eat as close to the earth as possible and drink my water (sigh) and step on my yoga mat. It is going to be a great day!
