Today is Day 1. A new beginning. A fresh start. I was surprised to see that Linda came out with a new book. How cool is that?! It's time to get my life back after let the healing really begin. I'm not sure if you remember me. It's been a while.

Just new here, but the more the merrier - we all have the same goal -losing weight -myself I have had some weight fluctuations the last couple of days - but have not gone back to my Dorito snacking, so all is good.
