Clearing the pantry of unhealthy food


I know I have learned through time what might be a temptation to me on days when my resistance is low. I took an hour today, only one hour and removed those temptations.

It feels so good and is preparation for staying on track!

That is the trouble Lyn. It does seem clear cut most of the time then, something, goodness knows what, just takes me over and all my health goals can go out the window! I guess that is what being human means!!!

I hear you...when I am on track, nothing can stop me but then all of a sudden it is like a switch flips and nothing can keep me on track. There have been many times the only thing that saved me was the fact that I had no junk to eat in the house. LOL
