I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, enjoy the spirit of coexisting at my church, practice, do my physical therapy, give thanks that my foot has healed so well- and honor that by not overdoing today.

Glad to hear your foot is better! Today I will enjoy the beautiful weather, get outside and walk, eat as close to the earth as possible and, ugh, drink my water. It is going to be a great day!
