Warm Greetings to Precious Ones! What's so special about this one day?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, focus on presence in the present, partake in the positive vibe at my church, practice, plan and prep, tie up some loose ends, go to Bikram yoga.

I can not believe September is almost over already. Wow. Today I will enjoy the day with my husband, eat as close to the earth as possible and be sure and get in some intentional exercise. It is going to be a great day!
