Happy Friday, Determined Dears! What is going on in your wellness world?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, go with the flow, chill with Di, go to CrossFit, practice, plan and prep, relax at home. It's all good!

All good here. So foggy outside, can't see anything LOL
Will fast thru the day, one meal, country style pork ribs tonight, yum, with Cajun seasoning.
Will sail easily thru this day doing some chores and more.

We had that fog yesterday, it was crazy. Today I get the house ready for houseguests even though we will be leaving to take my son back to Chicago. I am a bit worried about the storm that is supposed to hit everywhere from here to there but he has to go back and we can't leave today so... It is going to be a great day!
