One Day At A Time Friday 12/13/19

Happy FriYAY, Preciousses! What will make this one day a wellness YAY ?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what! I took the day off today and will enjoy being random ma'am. I will be singing holiday music with part of my chorale group before a live audience and for live broadcast on the classical music station during the lunch hour; then running some holiday errands; taking a chill break with Di, planning and prepping, practicing, and finally finishing the decorating. It's all good!

I'm on track so far for today, exercise done, Christmas tree is half done, plan on finishing tonight after work and dinner. It's going to be an awesome day!
