G'Day Lovely Ones! How is this one day looking in your land o wellness?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what- despite fewer green dots than usual lately, play clarinet and sing at church, head straight from that to get on the road for a solo drive to San Antonio to spend the night with the Garymama before bringing her back to our home for a few days, accentuate the positive, stay in the moment and resist borrowing trouble from the future regardless of how discerning I may be .
