I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, focus on what Love is, be present to those in my presence, hold down the fort, check in with Dr. Tim, go to chorale rehearsal. Sending and requesting prayers and positive vibes for Gary and biofam as he travels to San Antonio for a couple of days to check in on his mom and brother. It's all good!

I don't think I should have to leave the house today so I plan to put on some music and sort through and pack up a little more of our life here. I will eat as close to the earth as possible and take time for intentional exercise. It is going to be a great day!

Doing very well fasting and enjoying it, who knew LOL
Simple easy day here. Some chores and small errands to run. All simple and will take the rest of the day as my time as I want. Good day.
