Consecutive Days On Plan- February

Another new month is upon us! Let's see how many days in a row we can stay on our wellness plans! You are not "out" if a day does not go as planned- just dust yourself off and jump right back in!

I took away yesterday's green dot because of the valentine goodies. The overall volume of what I ate during the day was ok, but the goodies were in place of a clean healthy dinner. My green dots have to support wellness for life, not just being in a healthy goal weight range. Honestly though, I really enjoyed it but am looking forward to resuming my usual clean cuisine!
