I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, walk a narrower wellness road, get back in the school groove with a smile on my face, continue to play catch up from being away, go out on a date with Gary. It's all good!

Today I plan to get outside and walk before I do anything else. We finally have blue skies and I actually don't mind walking in the cold. I will eat as close to the earth as possible and get as much done as possible while taking time to be Zen Lyn. It is going to be a great day!

Today started with an organic omelet , going to the gym , I am going to work in my mulched flower beds a bit and find some new recipes to use the enticing lemons I purchased over the week end. It is a beautiful day
