100 More Days - Day #4

I'm going thru the lessons in the book "100 More Days of Weight Loss"
Giving you the power to be successful on any diet plan

Started on Monday, March 4, working on lessons Monday to Friday with weekends used to go into depth on what seems to be issues that need further work.

Day #4 - Today I am on my plan
Three things to stay on plan today
*turn off TV
*do my promised walking meditation for lent
*track everything

Emotional issues today
*Great granddaughter was in surgery for 5 hours this morning
*telephone doesn't work

Self-talk phrase so focus doesn't slip away
*the best doctors are taking good care of Cambri
*what I eat won't help anyone
*this too shall pass!

* Make Protein Shake with Beets and Apple juice
*do my 40days/40nights Fasting for my mind and body its a Awaking- lent almost here!
*track everything

*Sabotage by Daughter/ Son-in-Law, just trying to Help have a nice landscape but its not my house!
*I want to get married and move far, far, far away! This is not my family and I know when I am not loved or needed any longer, I can not allow them to be the reason I die. I must have faith that God Has something better for me in this Life. I am worth more then death.
