Happy Friday, Precious Peeps! What is up with you and your wellness?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what! Today is my arthroscopic knee surgery, and Gary and I will check in at 9am CST. I willingly allow this very small setback in order to benefit greatly in the long run. Thank you for all of the positive energy you have sent my way; I really do feel blessed, and it's all good!

This will be a post probably as you are in recovery ~` praying you are getting good pain relief and the correction in your knee will make it like new again !

Everything went well, thank you so much! There are already some parts that feel better, of course I'm still a bit in a happy numbed up phase, but still I will be a good girl and do what they say!
