Hello from Winter Haven, FL! How is this one day looking in your wellness world?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what; keep the main thing the main thing and the small stuff the small stuff; practice emotional neutrality and non reaction; smile and use my pause button! So thankful for safe travels! Today we plan to go to the church that G's family attended, pick up his uncle in Tampa, retreat to our rental home for a bit; and have a nice dinner with an eclectic gathering of strong personalities. It's all good!

We are back home, unloading the camper and trailers and cleaning up all the mud and mess. It was a really good weekend, despite the horrible storms. And of course it is supposed to rain all day again today...why wouldn't it, right? LOL Nonetheless, it is going to be a great day!
