I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, be mindful of portion sizes, notice what presents itself to me this day, practice, make a grocery run, check in with Dr. Tim, take Gary out on a date. It's all good!

let's see, my computer is broken, our internet is not working, we are getting new phones today but i have no way of backing up mine with no internet or computer....i am in a technological quagmire! but i will figure it out and it is going to be a great day!
