Hello Gorgeous! What's in this one day for you and for your wellness?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, have already been out with the dogs (who are eight today btw!), got out to the park on our bikes, and now will be all about prepping and preparing chofam Erica's birthday feast- dinner for 6 at 6; I'm a slow chef so not sure if there will be time for anything else before we hear the doorbell ring! It's all good!

Happy birthday to your puppy angels! And to Erica! Today I have been out for a walk and down to my garden to pick from my abundant harvest of peppers and plan to spend some time in the kitchen cooking. Have fun tonight Jeanne! It is going to be a great day!
