I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, asking for safe and blessed travels as we live most of this day traveling back home: driving from here to Calgary, flying from Calgary to DFW airport, driving from airport to home, and everything in between; also birthday blessings for my sister today. It's all good!

Safe travels Jeanne! Today I am just doing whatever I feel like whenever I feel like it. It will include self care, but no walk this morning as I almost instantly melted when opening the door to let the dogs out. It is going to be a great day!

Did my walk this morning. Got my allergy shots too, and am a little itchy. Making good eating choices as well. So far so good!
