G'Day, Lovelies! How is your Wellness Wednesday shaping up today?
I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, stretch and move, practice, have a laid back cozy day at home. We're being teased with possibility of freezing temps and wintry mix precip, but we have had no measurable winter precip since 2015. It's all good!

Rain here today, but I love a rainy day, as long as I don't have to go out in it! I will hang here doing this and that, I will step on my yoga mat as well as my elliptical, I will eat clean and hydrate (sigh) and I will take time to be Zen Lyn. It is going to be a great day!
