I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, have coffee with chofam Tim this morning, drive Susie to her family luncheon that she is dreading, attend the memorial service for her dad with Gary, tend to some adulting and BEing at home. It's all good!

Today I am cleaning and planning and taking care of some paperwork. And eating clean and doing yoga and taking time for zen life. It is going to be a great day!

Workout done. Staying on healthy track eating. Do one load of laundry a night this week. Trying to have less for the weekend.
