What makes your heart sing?

For me it is being a musician, being an amateur chef, spending quality time with chofam and furfam, and getting outdoors.

Hmmm, I am seeing a trend that these are all BEing activities, and not DOing activities

I want to really think about this as a singing heart is what I want most of the time, and why not? I believe a singing heart is a state of being and not especially to do with circumstances. Thanks for opening this thread Jeanne.

Feeling healthy, travelling and beautiful scenery, cooking for those I love, grandchildren giggling. Probably other things too.
