I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, take the school day as it comes, participate in Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality, practice. It's all good!

We have another rainy day so I will probably stay home and do typical cleaning and stuff. I will eat as close to the earth as possible and step on my yoga mat and enjoy the fact that I don't have to go out in the rain. It is going to be a great day!

I will treat my body well and give it the appropriate nutrition to keep it healthy. Exercise half done, hoping to do a little more after work.
