I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, spend the day at home BEing and doing: music, plan/prep, bake, house stuff...fun stuff first. It's all good!

We have a celebration of life ceremony for a friends mom today, after we will go out with our core group of friends and help him get through it. I will keep it clean, I will eat at home before we leave and hope that carries me through, I have already done my exercise and I will take time to appreciate all I have in this life. It is going to be a great day!
