Simple and doable wellness boosters

Absolutely insist upon proper fueling and hydration-- resist the urge to comfort with junk.

Drink hot teas and take in a little raw honey.

Take a warm epsom salt bath.

Take in lots of organic greens, fruits, vegetables, and fresh herbs when possible: pungent ones, i.e. cruciferous veggies, garlic, onion, sage, basil, oregano, rosemary, ginger, turmeric, echinacea, elderberry, and many more.

Tips that I learned as a singer: gargle with warm salt water, mince a clove of fresh garlic drizzled with raw honey on a spoon and let set for 15 minutes then swallow without chewing.

There are many other great and safe food, herbal, and supplemental boosters, but these are just a few that are easy for most people to do with things they already have on hand.
